The present invention relates to an air purification device. In order to purify harmful substances or cigarette smoke indoor, indoor air is inserted into a rotation body partially soaked in to a water tank, and then is primarily purified after passing through a rotating filter layer. The contaminated substances on the rotating filter layer is washed out by passing through water and then are secondarily purified by undergoing a vertically erected filter layer. Additionally, water-soluble nicotine from cigarette is easily eliminated from the water tank, and various bad odors or smells from cigarette smoke can be secondarily eliminated by undergoing the vertically erected filter.
