The present invention relates to a moringa oleifera leaf extract and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically to an extract having an improved effect of preventing or alleviating cancer, which is obtained by dipping a moringa oleifera leaf extract liquid in different concentrations of methanol, sequentially, and a manufacturing method thereof. The moringa oleifera leaf extract shows an excellent effect of suppressing growth, movement, and infiltration of cancer cells. More specifically, the capability of growth, transfer, and filtration of the cancer cells shows higher toxicity in the cancer cells than in normal cells, and shows a high anticancer effect even in the case of injecting the extract into an animal model.
