PURPOSE: A natural volatile compound formed by eco-friendly biological bacteria against plant anthrax and phytophthora blight is provided to promote plant growth and maturation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing plant disease contains a volatile compound of decane, dodecane, 1,3-di-tert-butylbenzene, 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, hexadecane, or tetradecane. The plant diseases are plant anthrax developed by Colletotrichum spp. pathogen or phytophthora blight developed by Phytophthora spp. pathogen. A composition for promoting plant growth and maturation contains a volatile compound of decane, dodecane, 1,3-di-tert-butylbenzene, 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol, hexadecane, or tetradecane.본 발명은 식물 탄저병과 역병에 대해 뛰어난 생물적 방제 효과가 있는 친환경적 생물적 방제균인 플라보박테리움(Flavobacterium sp.) 균주 GSE09와 라이조박테리움 엔지모제네시스(Lysobacteriumenzymogenesis) 균주 ISE13 및 이에 의해 형성되는 천연 휘발성 화합물과 이 중 2,4-디-터-부틸페놀(2,4-di-tert-butylphenol)을 포함하는 식물병 방제용 조성물 및 식물의 생장과 성숙 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 의하면, 친환경적으로 포장에서도 식물의 탄저병과 역병을 우수하게 방제할 수 있고, 식물의 생장과 성숙을 촉진하는 효과가 있으므로 종래의 농용 살균제와 비료의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
