PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cap, a method for manufacturing the same, and a medical container with the medical cap, having excellent tight adhesion performance between a rubber plug and an outer frame member to hold its circumferential edge part with inner wall, causing no positional displacement between the rubber plug and outer frame member due to puncture, and having excellent security of seal performance.SOLUTION: The medical cap includes the rubber plug, and the outer frame member to hold its side circumferential part with the inner wall. At the circumferential edge part of the rubber plug on the fluid contact surface side, a surface to get in contact with the outer frame member is fused by heat fusion.
