Provided are methods of treating skin with extracts of Tiliacora plants to improve the health and/or diminish signs of aging. In various implementations, the Tiliacora triandra plant is hydroponically grown and/or is capable of stimulating hyaluronic acid production in human fibroblast cells. Skincare compositions comprising the extracts are also provided.
