<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum preservation device to be positioned in a vessel and to stand itself on a predetermined decompressive position to decompress easily rapidly the inside of the vessel. <；P>；SOLUTION: The vacuum preservation device comprises: a vacuum preservation vessel 1 having an openable and closable valve 12 on a cover body 11； and a suction device 2 decompressing the inside of the vessel 1. An annular recessed groove 11a enclosing the valve 12 is formed on the cover body 11； the suction device 2 has a casing 20 having an annular projective part 23 insertable in the annular recessed groove 11a and a vacant chamber 24 made by the inner circumferential surface 23a and the bottom wall 28 of the annular projective part 23； a suction cup member 3 covering the valve 12 is mounted in the vacant chamber 24； and the casing 20 accommodates an electromotive pump sucking air in the vessel 1 via a suction hole 3a of the suction cup member 3. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
