To provide a handy and easy-to-handle handheld scooping tool.SOLUTION: The scooping forming tool comprises a snow forming part 102, a first hollow rigid shaft part 106, a plurality of additional hollow rigid shaft parts 108a to 108c and a handle. The snow forming part comprises a scooping panel, a back panel, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a bottom panel. The scooping panel 110 comprises a distal end having a plurality of teeth. The back panel faces the scooping panel, and the first side wall faces the second side wall. The bottom panel is coupled to or integral with the scooping panel, the back panel, the first and second side walls. The first hollow rigid shaft portion is detachably coupled to the snow forming portion. A plurality of additional hollow rigid shaft portions are nested within either the first hollow rigid shaft portion or the additional hollow rigid shaft portion.
