Provided are a catheter and a catheter device, which are capable of improving convenience. A catheter (sheath introducer 1) is provided with a flexible sheath body 11 and a handle 12 which is mounted to the proximal end side of the sheath body 11 and which has an operating section (rotating operating section 122) used for deforming the portion of the sheath body 11 which is near the distal end of the sheath body 11. The sheath body 11 and the handle 12 respectively have insertion holes H1, H2 through which another flexible catheter body (catheter body 21) of another catheter (electrode catheter 2) is at least inserted. The handle 12 has a connection section 123 including an insertion hole H3 for connecting to the proximal end side of the handle 12, at least a part of another handle (handle 22) mounted to the proximal end side of the catheter body 21.
