PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen water capable of keeping a high hydrogen concentration for a long period and being drunk at the high hydrogen concentration.SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid 40 is prepared by mixing at least one kind of magnesium/calcium 10 among magnesium, a magnesium compound, calcium, and a calcium compound, phosphoric acid and/or a phosphate 20, and water 30. The dispersion liquid 40 gets free of a deposit by acid treatment with an organic acid 50 and is further mixed with an alkali to be preferably pH 1 or more and pH 10 or less, more preferably pH 3 or more and pH 8 or less, and further more preferably pH 3 or more and pH 5 or less.
