The present invention relates to a method of detecting temperature using a temperature-sensitized nanoprobe which includes a step of inserting nanoprobes of which surface is coated with a hydrophilic polymer coating agent into a human body through a blood vessel, a step of emitting a light source of a preset range to a human tissue region where the nanoprobes are distributed and detecting a beam which penetrates the nanoprobes or is reflected by the nanoprobes by using a photo detector, and a step of detecting the internal temperature change of the human body by detecting a light absorption wavelength range characteristic from the split beams.본 발명은, 친수성 고분자 코팅제로 표면 전체가 코팅된 다수의 나노프로브를 인체 내부로 혈관을 통해 투입하는 단계, 상기 나노프로브가 분포된 인체 조직 영역에 소정 대역의 광원을 조사하고, 상기 나노프로브에 의해 반사되거나 투과되는 빛을 분광검출기를 이용하여 검출하는 단계 및 상기 분광된 빛으로부터 광흡수 파장대역 특성을 검출하여 인체 내부의 온도 변화를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 온도 감응형 나노프로브를 이용한 인체 내부의 온도 측정 방법에 관한 것이다.
