Furthermore , use of a large detector which more damage without the resolution is to improve the sensitivity of PET to be , it is possible to obtain an image of higher quality .본 발명은, PET 장치의 구동을 이용한 초고해상도 PET 영상을 획득하는 방법을 제공한다. 종래에는 검출기 폭의 절반(d/2)의 해상도 한계가 있었으나, 본 발명에 의하여 그 한계를 뛰어 넘는 초고해상도 영상을 획득할 수 있다. 더욱이, 해상도의 손해 없이도 보다 큰 검출기의 사용이 가능하기에 PET의 민감도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 보다 높은 퀄리티의 영상을 획득할 수 있다.
