PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can easily and rapidly measure an electrocardiogram while reducing an impact of noise.SOLUTION: Electrodes FR, FL, BR, BL are provided for placing feet of an animal thereon, and an insulative plate 8 is provided below the electrodes. Further below the insulative plate, a conductive member 10 is provided which is larger than a total of the electrodes FR, FL, BR, BL. The conductive member 10 equalizes a stray capacitance of each of the electrodes FR, FL, BR, BL and that of the earth, and the HUM noise equally overlaps with each electrode.
