The present invention relates to a winch pulling objects by winding a rope between drums. The winch according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a first drum having a first inclined part； a second drum, which is located to face the first drum, having a second inclined part； a groove insertion part which is located on the insertion groove formed by the first and second inclined parts； and a holding member having a plate part extended from the groove insertion part.
