The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic that contains a large amount of pigment, but has excellent pigment redispersibility, in particular, to provide a care cosmetic such as a cleanser that is unconventionally brightly colored. This cosmetic is characterized by: containing (a) a fine particle powder having an average primary particle size of 1-550 nm, (b) an inorganic pigment, and (c) a surfactant； and having a viscosity of 10,000 mPa.s or less.本發明之目的在於提供一種即便調配較多之顏料而顏料之再分散性亦優異之化妝料。其中，本發明之目的在於提供一種前所未有之顏色鮮豔之清潔用品等護理化妝料。本發明之化妝料之特徵在於含有：(a)平均一次粒徑為1～550 nm之微粒子粉末、(b)無機顏料、及(c)界面活性劑，且黏度為10,000 mPa・s以下。
