Disclosed are a premix comprising metal pyrithione, surfactant comprising cationic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant, or a mixture thereof, and further comprising polymer which comprises at least 90% of nonionic polymer by weight of the polymer, and a hair/scalp care composition obtainable from the premix.
