PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a traction device, there are a lumbar traction device and a cervical vertebrae traction device, there are many facilities introducing both the traction devices because there are many patients related to lumbar treatment and cervical vertebrae treatment, but when introducing both the devices, a lot of cost and an installation space are needed, so that one device allowing lumbar traction and cervical vertebrae traction is present, but there is a problem in accuracy of traction force because the lumbar traction and the cervical vertebrae are not different systems, and the device has danger that the lumbar traction and the cervical vertebrae traction are mistaken by misoperation to use the device.SOLUTION: This single traction device includes a lumbar traction means and a cervical vertebrae traction means independent of each other. When having selected one traction, only traction treatment on the selection side is performed, the traction which has not been selected cannot be performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】牽引装置には腰椎牽引装置と頸椎牽引装置があり、いずれも患者が多いため、両方の牽引装置を導入している施設が多い。しかし、2つの装置を導入すると、多くの費用と設置スペースを要する。これを解決するため、1台の装置で腰椎牽引と頸椎牽引を可能にしたものもあるが、腰椎牽引と頸椎牽引を別系統にしていないため、牽引力の正確さに問題があり、また、誤操作により、腰椎牽引と頸椎牽引を取り違えて使用する危険性を有する。【解決手段】1台の牽引装置に、独立した腰椎牽引手段と頸椎牽引手段の両方を設けるとともに、一方の牽引を選択した場合、選択した側の牽引治療のみを行い、選択しなかった牽引をおこなうことができないようにした。【選択図】 図1
