PURPOSE: Portable processed food and a producing method thereof are provided to add a physical property improver to sweet potatoes, potatoes, corns, pumpkins, or sweet pumpkins to obtain processed food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of portable processed food comprises a step of washing the objective ingredients, and a step of adding a physical property improver. The objective ingredients are sweet potatoes, potatoes, corns, pumpkins, or sweet pumpkins. The physical property improver is gelatin, carrageenan gum, or agar powder. 5-10% of physical property improver is mixed with the total amount of processed food.본 발명은 물성 개량제가 첨가된 휴대용 가공식품 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 좀 더 자세하게는 고구마, 감자, 옥수수, 호박 또는 단호박에 물성 개량제를 첨가하여 제조된 휴대용 가공식품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 휴대용 가공식품은 물성 개량제를 통한 고구마, 감자, 옥수수, 호박 또는 단호박 유통·저장의 개선을 통해 쉽게 섭취할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
