PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental handpiece with a built-in camera unit capable of fully ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the entire handpiece main body which is sterilized and disinfected after treatment or the like of an affected part.SOLUTION: The present invention is a dental handpiece 1 with a built-in camera unit 31, in which the disinfection and sterilization-enabled handpiece main body 2 has an imaging window disposed near a head section 3 thereof to allow the camera unit to output imaging signals to the outside. Each component of the camera unit 31 is made of a heat-resistant material.
