The present invention relates to an ear wearing type biofeedback device, which comprises: an ear wearing type structure which is used to combined with an ear; at least one sensing component, which is used to capture a physiological signal; and an electrical circuit system, which is attached to the ear wearing type structure. The electrical circuit system comprises: an analog/digital converter, which is used to receive the captured physiological signal from the sensing component and carry out the digital processing for the physiological signal; a processor, which is used to carry out processing for the digital physiological signal; a battery, which is used to provide the electric power needed for operation; and a sound-producing module. The steps comprises: analyzing the digital physiological signal; comparing with a preset value; obtaining a compared result; driving the sound-producing module by the processing device according to the compared result and emitting a corresponding sound frequency signal to notify the user; and receiving the sound frequency signal by the ears when the sound-producing module is placed close to the ear and the user carries out biofeedback by the ear wearing type structure.本發明係相關於一種耳戴式生理回饋(biofeedback)裝置,其包括一耳戴式結構,用以與耳朵結合,至少一感測元件,用以擷取生理訊號,以及一電路系統,附著於該耳戴式結構之上,包括一類比/數位轉換器,用以接收該感測元件所擷取之生理訊號,並將該生理訊號進行數位化處理,一處理器,用以對數位生理訊號進行處理,一電池,用以提供操作所需電力,以及一發聲模組,其中,該數位生理訊號在經過分析之後,乃會與一預設值進行比較,進而得出一結果,而根據該結果,該處理器會驅動該發聲模組相對應地發出一音頻訊號,以通知使用者,以及當使用者進行生理回饋時,藉由該耳戴式結構,該發聲模組即可被設置於接近耳朵處,以使該音頻訊號為耳朵所接收。
