This invention is all about a distinctive roofing system to house the rain water over a farm and leaving it all to a Bucket Vane Turbine to generate electricity replacing the fuel engines especially, and/or any other input requiring engines. The Green Roofing is in such a way that has discontinuous structure (holes) down towards the farm, retaining the sunrays for the agriculture persuasion. Also the rain water after hitting the BV Turbine, gets stored in to a tank for other purposes(irrigation, for cattle/human) Also this can be established as a huge plant occupying acres together and can make a huge water force hitting huge BV Turbine(s) hence generation huge Power and storing huge water as well. This is mainly with the motto of Resource Conservation and put an end to Fuel requirement, and hence for pollution as well. Fig 1
