The present invention relates to a suction cup for hair suction massage capable of hair straightening and an appropriate stimulation and massage of a scalp together with suction massage when massaging the scalp by vacuum suction. When the pre-registered suction massage device of the present inventor was used for hair, the hair interrupted vacuum suction thereof, and since the hair entered the suction cup to tangle, a sufficient suction massage function was restricted. To solve the above problem, the suction cup for hair suction massage for both hair straightening and scalp massage of the present invention comprises: a housing of a cylindrical shape having open top and bottom parts； a rolling strut part provided on the outer circumference of the housing； a suction part forming a negative pressure by sucking and removing the air of the housing； and a scalp massage part protruding from the inside of the housing to an open upper side of the housing. In particular, the suction cup is configured such that the roller provided on the rolling strut part and the ball provided in a hair straightening hole are rotatable by being operated together when the roller and the ball move, thereby reducing resistance to the hair and preventing tangling of the hair.
