The present invention relates to a harvested fruit quality controller including: a low-temperature storage (10) provided with a low-temperature storage chamber (11) and a packaging chamber (12) made up of an insulating panel assembly structure and having separate air cooling systems and provided with an entrance door (13) for access to the low-temperature storage chamber through the packaging chamber； a car-structured pre-cooling dehumidifier (20) provided with a separate dehumidification fan (21), a shelf (22) for fruit placement, and a wheel (23) for movement； an entrance (30) connecting the low-temperature storage chamber and the packaging chamber to each other for entrance of the pre-cooling dehumidifier； a rail (40) laid such that the pre-cooling dehumidifier can be supported and moved to the packaging chamber and the low-temperature storage chamber through the entrance； and an opening and closing door (50) configured to be capable of opening and closing the entrance in a state where the pre-cooling dehumidifier is positioned in either the low-temperature storage chamber or the packaging chamber.본 발명은 과실 수확 후 품질관리기를 제시하기 위한 것으로, 단열패널 조립구조로 이루어져 각기 독립된 에어쿨링 시스템을 갖는 저온저장실(11)과 포장실(12)을 구비하고, 포장실을 통하여 저온저장실로 출입할 수 있도록 출입도어(13)를 구비한 저온저장고(10)와； 독립된 제습팬(21)과 과실 적재를 위한 선반(22) 및 이동을 위한 바퀴(23)를 구비한 대차 구조의 예냉제습기(20)와； 상기 예냉제습기의 출입을 위해 저온저장실과 포장실을 연결하는 출입구(30)와； 상기 출입구를 통하여 각각의 포장실 및 저온저장실로 예냉제습기를 지지 이동할 수 있도록 부설된 레일(40)과； 저온저장실 또는 포장실 중 어느 한쪽에 예냉제습기가 위치한 상태에서 상기 출입구를 개폐할 수 있도록 구성된 개폐도어(50)；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
