An inhalable composition for use as a medicament in the treatment of a subjectwherein saidcomposition comprises:one or more cannabinoids or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative or saltthereof；a propellant；a monohydric or polyhydric alcohol； anda glycol and/or glycol ether,characterised in that the ratio of monohydric or polyhydric alcohol to glycolor glycol ether by weightis from 6:1 to 1:1,wherein the composition is administered in the form of an aerosol having afine particle fractionof 60% or more.
