The present invention provides an automatic watering system for gardening pots. The system includes a water reservoir, and a plurality of gardening pots. The water reservoir for storing water. The water reservoir having a control means for controlling water level therein. The gardening pots are connected with each other and with the water reservoir by pipes. Each of the gardening pot includes a first chamber, a second chamber, at least on wicking chamber, at least one opining and an overflow opening. The gardening pots are positioned on lower height as compared to the water reservoir to allow flow of water under gravitational force thereby continuously watering the gardening pots. Figure 1.
