PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin forming composition for sealing material of a hollow fiber membrane module, which provides a sealing material having excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin forming composition for sealing material of hollow fiber membrane module is a two-pack curing type polyurethane resin forming composition comprising a main agent containing an isocyanate component (I) and a curing agent containing an active hydrogen component (H).
