Certain adjunctive therapies are provided herein including kyourenine-3-monooxygenase inhibitors and antiviral agents to treat HIV-related disorders. These disorders include AIDS dementia complex, AIDS-induced encephalopathy, HIV-related neuropsychiatric disorders, asymptomatic neurocognitive disorders, chronic neurocognitive disorders, mild cognitive dyskinesias, fearful myelopathy, and multiple myelitis.
