The present invention relates to a uni-glove port for surgery. By improving a structure of a tool inlet formed in the uni-glove port used for laparoscopic surgery or procedure, the present invention prevents the discharge of gas filled in the abdominal wall even when a tool for surgery or procedure is entered and prevents noise even when colliding with the neighboring tool inlet. The tool inlet (20) of the present invention comprises: an entry pipe (210) protruding a predetermined length from an upper end of a port body (10)； and a sealing means (220) formed at an upper end of the entry pipe (210) to maintain a sealing force. The sealing means (220) comprises: a lip valve (222) formed at an upper end of the entry pipe (210)； an upper cover plate (224) seated on an upper end of the lip valve (222) and providing airtightness to prevent any discharge of gas； and an anti-fighting balloon (226) having upper and lower portions (2264, 2266) formed on upper and lower portions, respectively, to be fixed together with the upper end of the entry pipe (210) and the edges of the lip valve (222) and the upper cover plate (224), and having a buffer rim (2262) formed at a predetermined height at the outer edge and forming an air layer therein so as to prevent noise even when a collision with the neighboring tool inlet (20) occurs.본 발명은 수술용 유니 글러브 포트에 관한 것으로서, 복강경 수술 또는 시술할 때 사용하는 유니 글러브 포트에 구성되는 도구진입부의 구조를 개선시킴으로써, 수술 또는 시술을 위한 도구를 진입시켜도 복벽에 채워진 가스의 배출을 방지하고, 이웃하는 도구진입부와의 부딪짐에도 소음발생을 방지하도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다.이를 위해, 본 발명의 도구진입부(20)는 상기 포트몸체(10)의 상단에서 일정길이 돌출되는 진입관(210)； 및 상기 진입관(210)의 상단부에 구성되어 밀폐력을 유지하도록 구성되는 밀폐수단(220)을 포함하고； 상기 밀폐수단(220)은 상기 진입관(210)의 상단에 구성되는 립밸브(222)와； 상기 립밸브(222)의 상단에 안착되어 가스의 임의 배출이 방지되도록 기밀성을 제공하는 상단커버판(224)； 및 상기 진입관(210)의 상단과 립밸브(222) 및 상단커버판(224)의 테두리와 함께 고정되도록 상, 하부 각각에 상,하부(2264)(2266)이 구성되고, 외부연에 일정높이로 형성되고 내부에 공기층을 형성하여 이웃하는 도구진입부(20)와 부딪침이 발생하여도 소음발생을 방지하도록 완충림(2262)이 구성되는 파이팅 방지 풍선(226)；을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
