Jmenované glykosaminoglykanové deriváty jsou vybaveny antiangiogenními úcinky a nemají antikoagulacní úcinek.In the present invention, there are described partially desulfated glycosaminoglycan derivatives, particularly compounds of the general formula I wherein the groups U, R and Ri1 are as indicated in the description. The above-mentioned glycosaminoglycan derivatives exhibit antiangiogenic activity and are free of anticoagulation effect.
