Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Lithiumsilikatglases oder einer Lithiumsilikat-Glaskeramik, die Cer-Ionen enthalten und sich insbesondere zur Herstellung von Dentalrestaurationen eignen, deren Fluoreszenzeigenschaften weitgehend denen der natürlichen Zähne entsprechen.
