The present invention relates to methods for treating cancer. The method provides a first agent that includes a first targeting moiety that is bound to a first cancer therapeutic moiety and a second target that is bound to a second cancer therapeutic moiety. Providing a second agent that includes a directing component. The first and second targeting moieties have different biodistributions and/or pharmacokinetics. The first and second agents are administered to a subject with cancer to treat the cancer.
