The identification unit identifies change contents with respect to ordering contents of radiopharmaceuticals on the basis of detected information when the information on change or cancel of a radiographic inspection is detected. The determination unit determines whether the ordering contents can be updated on the basis of the identified change contents. The update unit updates the ordering contents determined to be updatable on the basis of the change contents.
