Present invention in general relates to design and fabrication of a SAGA tongue trainer appliance to correct tongue thrust and in particular to design an appliance to correct tongue posture by establishing new neuromuscular pattern SAGA tongue trainer (Shrivastav and Garima Arya) is designed to correct abnormal tongue pressure by establishing normal tongue posture thereby helps to correct malocclusion and also improves long term treatment stability. Appliance can be easily fabricated on chair side and very economical to use. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing schematic drawing of appliance bonded on tooth and Figure 2 of sheet 2 showing schematic drawing of appliance.
