Methods of treating cancer in a subject in need thereof are provided according to aspects of the present disclosure wherein the subject has cancer characterized by wild-type KRAS wherein the methods include administering a combination of cetuximab and ISC-4 as a combination formulation or separately, and wherein administration of the combination of cetuximab and ISC-4 provides a synergistic anti-cancer effect, treating the cancer.
