PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of dialysate which can acquire a desired concentration of dissolved hydrogen in the terminal dialysate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 of dialysate comprises: an electrolytic water generation device 7 in which hydrogen is dissolved in water a reverse osmosis membrane processing unit 9 connected with the electrolytic water generation device 7, which performs a reverse osmosis membrane processing to the water dissolved with hydrogen a dialysate preparation device 26 connected with the reverse osmosis membrane processing unit 9, which prepares dialysate 27 where reverse osmosis water 25 processed by the reverse osmosis membrane processing unit 9 and dialysis undiluted solution are mixed a dialyzer 40 connected with the dialysate preparation device 26, to which the dialysate 27 is supplied from the dialysate preparation device 26 a deaerator 55 arranged in the dialyzer 40, which performs deaeration processing of the dialysate 27 a sensor 60 arranged in the dialyzer 40, which detects a concentration of dissolved hydrogen in the dialysate 27 after the deaeration processing and a controller 32 connected with the sensor 60 and the deaerator 55, which controls deaerated pressure while performing the deaeration processing based on the concentration of dissolved hydrogen detected by the sensor 60.
