PURPOSE: Fermented soybean meal using Weissella koreensis, and a producing method thereof are provided to use Weissella koreensis strains with excellent proteolytic ability for fermenting the soybean meal in the anaerobic condition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean meal using Weissella koreensis comprises the following steps: heat-processing soybean meal at 80-100 deg. C for 50-70 minutes, or at 110-130 deg. C for 10-20 minutes; injecting the Weissella koreensis to the heat-processed soybean meal; and culturing the Weissella koreensis to ferment the soybean meal. The water content of the soybean meal is 70-85wt%. The fermentation is performed in the anaerobic condition.
