A stabilized bio compatible electronically modified derivative suspension is produced by the subjecting a fluorocarbon to certain stressors, such as oxidizing agents, reactive intermediates, physiological gases, benzo-Y-pyrone derivatives, ultrasonic-cavitation, electric fields, magnetic fields, UV radiation, active metal catalyst, surfactant reactants, buffers, electrolytes, glucose, glucose derivatives, for the purpose of inducing a cascading immune response.
