PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device for generating an image that enables a correspondence relation of feature points among a plurality of images to be easily grasped, a therapy system, and an image processing method.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a first acquisition part, a second acquisition part, a point acquisition part, and an image generation part. The first acquisition part acquires a first transparent image that sees through an object from a predetermined direction. The second acquisition part acquires a second transparent image that sees through the object at a time different from the first transparent image and from the same predetermined direction as the first transparent image. The point acquisition part acquires the information representing a position of a first point indicated on the first transparent image and the information representing a position of a second point indicated on the second transparent image.
