PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that enables an operator to perform a wide range of treatment while checking.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus comprises: an irradiation optical system that scans spots of therapeutic laser light and aiming light on a tissue of a patients eye and control means that controls the irradiation optical system on the basis of irradiation patterns with arrayed spots of the therapeutic laser light and delivers the therapeutic light to spot positions, and that controls the irradiation optical system in order to show the spot positions of the therapeutic laser light and delivers the aiming light to the spot positions. The apparatus also comprises transfer means that transfers irradiation positions of the therapeutic laser light and the aiming light.
