A hollowelastic element (9) substantially extends along theentire intermediate tubular connector (8) and the body(1) is internally configured so that, in use, the flowalong the duct (2) is partly diverted towards theintermediate tubular connector (8) and introduced witha swirling motion along the cavity (12) of the hollowelastic element (9).
