PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-stickable adhesive composition, and a skin-stickable adhesive tape or sheet which can be appropriately used for an emergency plaster, a large plaster with pad, and a dressing material, and optimally used for external applications such as medical and sanitary fields, sports and cosmetic and health-care fields, and is, in particular, water-proof adhesivity. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition contains 20-120 pts.wt. liquid or paste-like carboxylate at room temperature mixed with 100 pts.wt. acrylic copolymer obtained from a monomer mixture containing, by weight, 40-80% (meta)acrylic alkyl ester, 10-60% ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing alkoxy group and 1-10% ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing carboxylic group. Carboxylate preferably includes glycerin ester of saturated fatty acid, and most preferably, triglyceride of saturated fatty acid such as caprylic acid, capric acid or 2-ethyl hexanoic acid. The skin-stickable tape and sheet are manufactured by forming the adhesive composition on at least one side of a base film in a layer.
