PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug delivery device capable of automatically delivering drug and capable of resetting delivering quantity.SOLUTION: The drug delivering device has a housing, a driving member (8), a spring (4), and a rotatable delivering amount setting knob (2). The drug delivering device further has: a spring holding means having the delivering amount setting knob (2) causing the compression or torsion of the spring (4) by rotating in the first direction, a toothed rack (11b) connected to one of the housing and the delivering amount setting knob (2), and at least one of a springed tooth part (5a) connected to another one of the housing and the delivering amount setting knob (2), wherein the spring holding means locks the toothed rack (11b) for avoiding releasing the force accumulated in the spring (4) by the force moving the spring 4, whereas the spring holding means enables a user to rotate the delivering amount setting knob (2) in the second reverse direction to reduce the set delivering amount； and a trigger (12b) operatable by the user for releasing the spring (4) and pushing and advancing the driving member (8).【課題】薬剤の自動送出ができ、かつ、投与量再設定可能な薬剤送出装置を提供する。【解決手段】ハウジングと、駆動部材(8)と、ばね(4)と、回転可能な投与量設定ノブ(2)を備えている。第１の方向へ回転させることにより、ばね(4)の圧縮またはねじれを生じるようになっている投与量設定ノブ(2)と、ハウジングおよび投与量ノブ(2)のうちの一方と接続される歯付ラック(11b)と、ハウジングおよび投与量ノブ(2)のうちの他方と接続される少なくとも１つのばね付歯部(5a)とを備えた、ばね保持手段であって、ばね(4)に蓄積された力がばね(4)を移動させて前記力を解放することを防ぐために歯付きラック(11b)を係止する一方で、ユーザが投与量ノブ(2)を第２の逆の方向へ回転させて設定投与量を減少させることを可能にする、ばね保持手段と、ばね(4)を解放して前記駆動部材(8)を押し進めるユーザ作動可能なトリガ(12b)と、を備えている。【選択図】図９
