PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for an endoscope which has basic characteristics such as flexibility, resiliency, and bending durability required for a flexible tube used in endoscope type medical equipment or the like and exerts proper resistance to various disinfection chemicals, and provide endoscope type medical equipment using the same.SOLUTION: In a flexible tube for an endoscope and endoscope type medical equipment using the same, the flexible tube for the endoscope comprises a cylindrical flexible tube base material for an endoscope having flexibility, and a resin layer covering the flexible tube base material for the endoscope. The resin layer has multiple layers. A layer A constituting an outermost layer of the resin layer contains a polyester elastomer and a hindered phenolic compound or a hindered amine compound. A layer B other than the layer A constituting the outermost layer does not contain the hindered phenolic compound and the hindered amine compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
