PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump allowing reduction of the minimum distance from a moving member of a syringe plunger drive part to a storage part and allowing miniaturization by shortening a contracted length in a state that a cover member is contracted.SOLUTION: The syringe plunger drive part 7 has: the moving member 10 pushing a syringe plunger 202 and pushing out a medicine inside a syringe body 201 a guide member 135 moving the moving member 10 and guiding it to the syringe body 201 side and the cover member 800 covering the guide member and capable of being elastically deformed and contract as the moving member moves to the syringe body side. The cover member 800 has: a plurality of first projection portions 811-816 and single second projection portions 821, 822, 823 formed between two continuing first projection portions and the adjacent two continuing first projection portions.
