At least one arm (11, 12) comprises: -a main part (30)； -a tongue (34, 39) having abase (35, 40) linked to the main part and extending parallel to the main part by being separated therefrom by a slot (50, 53), an opening (52, 54) receiving a strap being arranged on the tongue, the tongue being able to deviate from the main part under the effect of a traction of the strap.L'orthèse (1) comprend : - deux supports latéraux (2) comprenant un premier bras (11) et un second bras (12) assemblés de manière pivotante entre une position neutre, dans laquelle ils sont alignés, et une position fléchie； - au moins une première sangle (61a-b) reliant les premiers bras (11) et une seconde sangle (62a-b) reliant les seconds bras (12) pour maintenir les supports autour du membre (102). Au moins un bras (11, 12) comprend : - une partie principale (30)； - une languette (34, 39) ayant une base (35, 40) liée à la partie principale et s'étendant parallèlement à la partie principale en étant séparée de celle-ci par une fente (50, 53), une ouverture (52, 54) recevant une sangle étant disposée sur la languette, la languette étant apte à dévier de la partie principale sous l'effet d'une traction de la sangle.
