PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollinosis-relaxing material improving relaxation effect to pollinosis symptom and inhibiting unpleasantness caused by strong peppermint scent.SOLUTION: There is provided a pollinosis-relaxing material which is made to be positioned near the face so as to breath the emitted components through the nose to alleviate the pollinosis symptom, wherein the pollinosis-relaxing material is a Japanese sake 9 in which a peppermint 3 is soaked for a predetermined term. The components contained in the peppermint 3 and composing the base of relaxation effect are eluted into the Japanese sake 9 to exert sufficient relaxation effects to the pollinosis by weak anesthetic effects of the Japanese sake 9 itself with the relaxation effects of the peppermint 3. Further, as the Japanese sake 9 softens the intensity of the scent of the peppermint 3, so unpleasantness caused by strong sensation of the scent is prevented.
