PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably mitigate pressurization against the skin of a wearer, which is caused by a free end elastic member.SOLUTION: An inner sheet 321 which is folded into two on a folding line in the longitudinal direction of a body part 2, is arranged in each side wall part 32 of an auxiliary absorption tool 1. Since a free end elastic member 343 is arranged on the folding line on the inner surface of the inner sheet 321, the inner sheet 321 is erected from the body part 2 with the folding line as a free end in a central part 302 in the longitudinal direction. Further, an outer sheet 322, which is folded into two on the folding line in the longitudinal direction and covers the outer surface of the inner sheet 321, is arranged in each side wall part 32. The inner sheet 321 and the outer sheet 322 are not joined to each other in the neighborhood of the free end.
