The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a peptide of goat milk by using a simple step to obtain a peptide of goat milk having an antioxidant and moisturizing effect, which comprises the steps: preparing a solution containing a goat milk ingredient using the fermentative bacteria group to inoculate in the goat milk solution to obtain a culture, wherein the inoculated amount of the fermentative bacteria is 50 to 150 cfu/ml and then the fermentative product is hydrolyzed by the protease to obtain a goat milk hydrolyzate and finally centrifuging the goat-milk hydrolyzate to obtain a clear liquid containing the goat-milk peptides.本發明係關於一種羊乳胜肽的製備方法,是利用簡易的步驟獲得具有抗氧化、保溼效果之羊乳胜肽,其步驟包括:製備含有羊乳成份之溶液;利用發酵菌菌群接種於上述羊乳溶液得到一培養物,其中發酵菌的接種量為50~150cfu/ml;再將發酵產物以蛋白酶進行水解反應得到羊乳水解液;再將羊乳水解液進行離心處理;獲得一澄清含有羊乳胜肽之液體。
