PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold back a wing-like flap properly at a normal fold-back position (a base position) along a side edge of shorts.SOLUTION: A wing-like flap W includes a front side outer line 10 extending outward from a body part and a rear side outer line 11 extending outward from the body part. The front side outer line 10 is a wave-like line with repeated protruding parts protruding outward and recessed parts protruding inward. An angle α made by a straight line H connecting a vertex P of the recessed part 10c located at the outermost position and a connecting point Q where the rear side outer line 11 of the wing-like flap W is connected to a body part of a napkin 1 and a width direction line of the napkin 1 passing through the connecting point Q is set at 60 to 80°.
