The clipper has an engaging piece (32) fastened to an upper end of a blade (22) i.e. S-shaped disk, and stays in engagement with a drive element. Connection pins (34, 132), where one of the connection pins is arranged in a center of the engaging piece and fed through by two connection recesses (131) of a connection holder (13) to interconnect grippers (11, 12). Two protection plates are connected with the connection pins and provided between two opposed sides of the connection holder. The protection plates include drive teeth and engagement teeth.
