PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy fixing of a coil pipe into which a wire is inserted as well as readjustment of a fixing position in a coil pipe position fixing member.SOLUTION: A coil pipe position fixing member 28 for fixing a coil pipe 25 to a base end side fixing member 27 comprises: elastic resin members 29A, 29B made of a soft material which is deformable by pressing and disposed detachably on the outer peripheral surface of the coil pipe 25 and outer frame members 28A, 28B having a housing part 28a for housing the elastic resin members inside and an outer peripheral groove part 28c fitted detachably to a slit 27a provided in the base end side fixing member 27 for fixing a position. The outer frame members 28A, 28B sandwich the elastic resin members 29A, 29B between the housing part 28a and the outer peripheral surface of the coil pipe 25.
